Privacy Policy

Spika is designed to work entirely on your device. We built it so that it does not require an account and does not send your information anywhere. This policy explains what that means in practice.
Spika is provided by Kventin Shipulin, based in Sweden. Questions about this policy can be sent to appsupport@kventin.se.
Data we collect
None. Spika does not collect, store on our servers, or transmit any personal data. There are no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking or software development kits in the app. We do not sell personal data — there is none to sell.
Camera
Spika uses your camera to preview art on your walls in augmented reality and to scan and measure physical artwork. The camera feed is processed only on your device, in real time. It is never uploaded, recorded to our servers, or shared.
Photos
When you choose a photo of your own artwork, it is used on your device to show the piece on your walls. If you choose to save a wall-preview photo or video, Spika writes it to your own photo library at your request. Your photos are never sent to us or to any third party.
On-device storage
Your imported artwork, saved layouts, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. This information stays on the device and is removed if you delete the app.
Tracking
Spika does not track you across other apps or websites and does not use the advertising identifier.
Apple and the App Store
Spika is distributed through Apple’s App Store and TestFlight. When you download the app, use TestFlight, or choose to share diagnostics with developers, Apple may process some information under Apple’s Privacy Policy. That processing is handled by Apple, not by Spika, and any diagnostics we may see are aggregated and do not identify you.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Because Spika does not collect any personal data, we hold nothing to act on. Information kept on your device — such as your imported artwork, layouts, and preferences — stays under your control and is removed when you delete Spika.
Children
Spika does not collect data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and revise the date above.
