At Brilliant Future, I served as the sole UX/UI Designer for the Customer Satisfaction product, collaborating closely with the Product Manager, engineering team, and the designer leading the parallel Employee Satisfaction platform.
I led the UX overhaul and interface redesign during the transition to a new frontend framework, designed intuitive interfaces for several new features, and ensured brand consistency by creating multiple product-specific components for the Design System. Additionally, I designed a completely new, fully responsive survey experience optimized for both mobile and desktop platforms.
